Lakshadweep is a mesmerizing archipelago located in the Arabian Sea, off the southwestern coast of India. It consists of 36 islands, known for their breathtaking beauty, clear turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and rich marine life. As a Union Territory of India, it is the smallest in terms of area and one of the least populated, offering a tranquil and pristine environment for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.

Itinerary

We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.

On arrival at Agatti Airport, the guests will be guided to the hotel by our representative. They will have a warm reception there with a welcome drink. After a comfortable rest, the guests can have their lunch at the restaurant. In the evening, after the tea they will be taken for a guided tour of the Island, which would inter alia cover the Agatti Museum(Sunday Closed), Eastern or Western  Jetty, Beach surrounded by blue lagoon. Coming back, the guests will be served Dinner at the Beach. Meals: Lunch and Dinner. Overnight Stay in Agatti.

On the third day, the guests can either take a rest or enjoy various activities of their interests. In the evening they will be taken to a nearby rocky Island which is commonly known as Kalpitty. Overnight stay at Agatti.

Exclusions

  • Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, Laundry, Mineral Water, Excess Baggage, Itinerary changes, etc.
  • Any meals other than those previously agreed upon.
  • Any extra boating charges which are not included in the package cost.
  • Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight/ Vessel delay or cancellation due to weather conditions, Political closures, technical faults etc.
  • Any of the inclusions that are not mentioned in the above package.
  • Tipping / Gratitude for Driver & Guide.
  • Any items not mentioned in the Cost Include.
  • Any changes in the statutory taxes or rates after booking.
  • Water Sports activities.
  • Turtle watch.
  • Coral Fish watching.

  • If dolphins are not sighted during the tour, we will not issue refunds solely based on wildlife sightings as they are unpredictable.
  • If permit issuance is stopped by the government due to any reason, then Coastalin has the complete rights to amend the itinerary/cancel the booking.
  • Please note that there is no guarantee the permit will be issued on time, as it is subject to government approval. In some cases, the permit may be received just one day before the guest's arrival, possibly late at night.
  • For confirmed bookings, the Aadhar card has to be shared with the booking along with 2,500 per person.
  • Consumption of liquor is prohibited in Lakshadweep. Do not use/carry Alcoholic drink, intoxicants while on/travelling to the Islands.
  • Extra cost will be levied by the guest due to flight cancellation/ delay.
  • Any services/items/inclusions promised to the guest apart from the inclusions mentioned in the package needs to be paid by the Agent who promised the guest.  Coastalin is not responsible for the same.
  • Services/Inclusions promised apart from the package will be charged to the agent, if the agent fails to pay then the guest will be charged for the same.
  • Coastalin reserves the rights to interchange the properties booked or change the guest stay to an equivalent property until the last minute for whatsoever reasons.
  • Check in time is 1400 Hrs and check out time is 1100 Hrs. Any extension may attract extra charges subject to availability.
  • In case of amendments/cancellations due to unforeseen conditions like flight cancellation, vessel cancellation, delays etc. the itinerary will be interchanged or amended as per availability. This will be at coastalin discretion.
  • Any dietary restrictions (Vegetarian, Jain food, allergies etc) needs to be mentioned at the time of booking for Coastalin to check and book suitable property if it can be arranged. If failed to do so please let the guest know that the same will be subject to availability.
  • Excursions will be operated on extra charges (not part of the package) if weather permitting and must be booked at the counter.
  • Please note that a permit is required for each person (for all age groups including infants and children) travelling to Lakshadweep. In case the guest travels without permit Coastalin will be forced to cancel the reservation and send back the guest without any refunds.
  • 30 Days before the departure date the travel agent must pay a minimum of 50% of the total package cost.
  • All payments towards the package cost must be made to Coastalin before 10 days to travel date.
  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance, Coastalin reserves the right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with a subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges.
  • 50% payment to be made for all group bookings (6 rooms or more) when the rooms are blocked. Rest of the payment has to be made fully by 45 days prior to departure.
  • Once the booking is confirmed a deposit of INR 5,000/- is levied as a security deposit, this will be refunded once the guest has returned.
  • If the booking is cancelled for personal reasons, there will be charges levied as per the cancellation policy.
  • In case of cancellation after the booking has been confirmed and before the due date of the final payment, 50% cancellation charges will be applied 45 days prior to departure. This is applicable for both Group Bookings and MICE.
  • All services such as Accommodation/ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay all our suppliers/vendors, therefore the agreed charges include penalties if these services are released/cancelled within the below-mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
